We will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Examples of such information are: name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, birthday, and product commentary.

Credit card orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology, so rest assured that your transactions are protected. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to our server only. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be 100% happy with all your purchases from us. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it, with its original packaging, for a full refund.

Backorders or Delays

We will ship in-stock merchandise immediately and backordered items as they become available. You will only be charged for items when they are shipped, and you will only pay a portion of the total shipping and handling charge. The remainder of your order, including shipping, will be charged when your backordered merchandise is sent.

Exchanges / Returns Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days of the purchase.

Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging.

To Return an Item to Us

Pack your merchandise securely. Include your packing slip with a note telling us the reason for the return. If the item was a gift, please include your phone number and your e-mail address. Send the package via a traceable shipping method to:

Shipping Charges on Exchanges / Returns
Exchanges

If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser value is free of charge; however, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of additional items and shipping charges.

Returns

If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges.
